Ari Daryata Singgih

Indonesian citizen, 69 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. He was first appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Resolution of the EGMS No.22 dated July 9, 2020. He earned an LCCI Diploma in Managerial Principle, Singapore in 1987 and a US ATPL Course, Los Angeles, USA in 2001. He began his career as First Officer of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Director of Human Resources Development & General Affairs of PT Surya Persindo Media Group (1990-1992), Flight Infrastructure of PT Nugra Santana Air Services (1994-1998), Manager Operations of PT Airfast Indonesia (1998-2006), President Director of PT Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua (Premiair) (2006-2016).

M. Alfan Baharudin

Indonesian citizen, 67 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. He was first appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Decision of the EGMS No.9 dated January 19, 2017. He is a retired Indonesian Navy graduate of the Naval Academy in 1981. During his career, he has served as Commander of the Indonesian Navy Marine Corps and has led the Jala Mengkara Detachment (Denjaka), one of the elite troops of the navy, whose personnel consists of a combination of KOPASKA and Yontaifib. He was trusted to lead the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS) from 2012 to 2014. He has received various service stars for his devotion as a soldier such as the Bintang Yudha Dharma Naraya, Bintang Jalasena Pratama, Bintang Jalasena Nararya, and others.

Shafruhan Sinungan

Warga negara Indonesia, berusia 66 tahun, berdomisili di Depok. Beliau diangkat pertama kali menjadi Direktur berdasarkan Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Sirkuler Para Pemegang Saham No.32 tanggal 24 September 2012. Beliau mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Ekonomi Jurusan Manajemen dari Universitas Borobudur, Jakarta pada 1982. Beliau menjabat sebagai Direktur Independen Perseroan sejak September 2012. Beliau sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama PT Surya Kencana Mobilindo (1994-2001), Manajer Penjualan PT Astra International Tbk (1995-1999), Manajer Kantor Cabang PT Astra International Tbk (2000-2011), Penasehat PT Astra International Tbk (2011-2017), Komisaris PT Putra Tunggal Aneka (1987-1995), dan Special Project Officer untuk Government dan Transportasi Publik PT Astra International (1987-1993). Selama lebih dari 19 tahun, beliau berperan aktif di Organisasi Angkutan Darat (Organda) DKI Jakarta, beliau diangkat sebagai Ketua DPD Organda DKI Jakarta (2013-sekarang). Sejak 2015 sampai sekarang, beliau menjabat sebagai Ketua Koordinator wilayah IIA DPP Organda. Beliau juga merupakan Ketua Organda untuk Unit Bus dan Angkupat serta Pengurus Organisasi (Executive Board) Organda DKI Jakarta.

Indonesian citizen, 59 years old, domiciled in Tangerang. He was first appointed as President Director based on the Deed of EGMS No.12 dated 8 February 2019.

He obtained a Master's degree in Banking Finance from Prasetiya Mulia College, Jakarta in 1998 and a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Accounting from Padjajaran University, Bandung in 1989.

He joined the Company in 2018 as General Manager of Human Capital, and oversees the Taxi, Shelter, and Driver Management Business Performance Units. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Assistant Vice President – ​​Human Resources of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (1989 2004), Senior Vice President – ​​Human Resources and General Affair of PT BNI Multifinance (2004-2007), Senior Vice President – ​​Human Resources and General Affair of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (2009-2011), Senior Vice President - Operation of PT Mobile Coin Asia from (2011 2015), and Chief Operation Officer of PT DartMedia (2015 2016). He currently also serves as Director in several subsidiaries of the Company since October 2018 until now.

Warga Negara Indonesia, berusia 59 tahun, berdomisili di Jakarta. Beliau meraih gelar S2 Finance di STM Prasetiya Mulia, Jakarta pada tahun 1994. Saat ini, beliau menjabat sebagai CFO PT Ekspres Transportasi Antarbenua (Premiair) sejak 2017. Sebelumnya beliau merupakan GM Corporate Planning PT Rajawali Corpora (2011-2017). Beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Chief Business Development Agung Podomoro Group (2008-2010), dan CFO Global Putra International Group (2005-2008).
