EXPRESS GROUP technical operation is using driver’s payment system, which charged the drivers (partners) on daily basis for car payment and management fee, with the predefined amount. On the early stage, driver candidates charged for car down payment.
With this operating system, EXPRESS GROUP has 2 (two) kinds of customer, which is:
a. EXPRESS GROUP internal customer is the driver (partner) candidates or those who invest to the driver. Someone who put down payment is called investor or sponsor.
b. As a Taxi Service company, EXPRESS GROUP secondary (external) customer is the taxi passanger.As EXPRESS GROUP expands, incensement of operating vehicles amount and also the tight competition within the taxi industry, has triggered EXPRESS GROUP to improve its service quality and expand market share. As it develops, EXPRESS GROUPS realized the significance of service balance between drivers and their taxi passenger. This is in order to keep the stability of driver’s daily payment.
That means a strong selling power is needed so that drivers income can reach the defined payment standard.
| Due to the matter, EXPRESS GROUP management starts to build a taxi business concept that integrates given services between the driver and taxi passenger. Clear instruction is also given to all organizations inside the company to make a short-term and long-term work program Every pool is completed with facilities such as clinic, canteen, a place to stay, and also shower for driver and the entire employee (the place to stay are strictly for drivers only). There also service training, English proficiency training, road rules training, map knowledge training, tourism training and also other technicality aspect. These trainings are given regularly to ensure good service quality for EXPRESS customer.
